The New York Courts are adapting to the challenges of the corona virus, too.  Almost all civil actions, including divorces, are on hold during the crisis. Discovery rules have been changed to allow for additional time in all civil cases. And you can now have a document notarized in a video conference, as long as certain procedures are followed.
